This is a four-day tour in the Northern Savannah region of Ghana. This region of Ghana offers a unique and distinct experience compared to other parts of the country. Known for its vast stretches of Grassland, wildlife, and traditional cultures. Mole National is Ghana’s largest wildlife reserve. It is home to a diverse range of animals, including elephants, antelopes, monkeys, and various bird species. The Larabanga mosque an ancient mosque believed to be one of the oldest mosques in West Africa dating back to the 15th century is in this region. This mosque is an architectural marvel with unique Sudanese-style architecture. The capital Tamale showcases a mix of modern development and traditional culture. Visit pottery towns, bustling markets, and sample delicious local dishes.

Day 1: Salaga and Larabanga

  1. Start your journey by visiting the Salaga Slave Market, which has historical significance related to the transatlantic slave trade.
  2. Continue to Mystic Stone Larabanga, a mysterious stone that's part of local folklore.
  3. Explore the iconic Larabanga Mosque, one of the oldest mosques in Ghana and a fine example of Sudanese architectural style.

Day 2: Mole National Park and Surroundings

  1. Head to Mole National Park, a renowned wildlife reserve in Ghana. Take a guided safari to see elephants, antelopes, and various bird species.
  2. Visit the Greenwich Meridian Monument in Yendi, marking the Prime Meridian, and learn about its historical significance.
  3. Explore the Kukuo Pottery Village to witness traditional pottery making and shop for local ceramics.

Day 3: Tamale and Surroundings

  1. Travel to Tamale, the largest city in northern Ghana.
  2. Visit the Sagnarigu Wells, a traditional source of water for the local community.
  3. Explore the Sacred Grove and Jaagbi Shrine, a site of spiritual and cultural significance in Tamale.
  4. Optionally, explore Kulmasa crocodile pond

Day 4: Relaxation and Departure to Accra
